RCCG Voice of the Trinity  Area Parish Magboro Psalm 19:1-5 NIV The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun. It is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. In this month you I'll win all battles of life. After a contest someone win, you are born a winner, you will south for victory Winner of a contest, an overcome , someone who remain standing after the battle.  David fought goliath and stand. There 3 types of Champions. Potential, current and ex champion. Not every one who has potential become what they are meant to be, this month God will turn your potential to reality. To be a real champion you have to be connected to God who raises the poor from dunghill. Divine means that which comes from above, from the creator of heaven and heart, that which is rooted and originate from the almighty. It means something relating to, or proceeding directly from God Who is a divine champion: 1.One who God raise 1 Samuel 2:8 NIV He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes and has them inherit a throne of honor. “For the foundations of the earth are the Lord ’s; on them he has set the world. One who enjoy divine assistance, if you study the story of David and Goliath well you will realize that if not for God David has no capacitt to face and defeat Goliath, Elijah also over run king Ahab who was riding on a horse that is divine speed. Real victory comes by depending on God. Not by power , not by might. Indeed our help is from the Lord the maker of heaven and Earth! To be a champion you must: 1.be connected to your source Psalm 114:2 NIV Judah became God’s sanctuary, Israel his dominion. 2. You must have encounter with God.Peter encountered God and has a net breaking miracle Luke 5:1-7 NIV One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, the people were crowding around him and listening to the word of God. He saw at the water’s edge two boats, left there by the fishermen, who were washing their nets. He got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from shore. Then he sat down and taught the people from the boat.   When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.”    Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”   When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. 3. You need the favor of the almighty , God will arise and have mercy on Zion , Yeah the set time to favor her has come. This month is your month of divine encounter,  just draw now to God. If you are reading this and you have not given you life to Christmas , or you did that before but backslided , do so this very moment , say dear Lord I know you died to save me, am a sinner please forgive my sin an give me a new beginning.
